Party like it's 1979!!
Adam surprised my BIG TIME on my birthday. It was so much fun! Everyone dressed up like the year I was born...1979 and they looked good...Adam wore some white pants that I don't know how he got them buttoned or zipped... with his platinum wig we called him Fabio! Tiffany made the awesome 1979 cake. We had a foil disco ball...Adam went all out. It was the best 30th ever! I love all my friends and my hubby! Thanks for making it a day to remember!

30, flirty, & thriving!!!!
I hit the big 30 this weekend! It was tons of fun! I will have to post some pics later...when my friends send me some!! I keep thinking if 30 could be half as good as my 20s then I'll be doing great. The 20s are so exciting because their are so many new things happening. The best things in my 20's:

*First home!
*First "real" job!

Fun with friends
Ok...I keep thinking my blogging will pick back up again but it hasn't happened yet. Most of you know how insanely crazy our summer has been. We have been enjoying the last few weeks so much...watching Carter swim and run is beyond wonderful. We are so thankful that he is completely healed and off all his medicine. He touched his heel today and said, "Look Mommy, it doesn't even hurt!" So wonderful!
Very surprisingly...we woke up Saturday morning to discover that our Suburban was stolen out of our driveway. It was a feeling I cannot describe...just a horrible feeling. The car was locked and we have the keys with us...just crazy. We haven't heard anything yet and are just waiting right now. We know that God is going to take care of us...He always does. I told my mom today that I could handle more but I really don't want to have to! After all Carter went through, a car seems to be a very small thing to worry about. Just keep us in your prayers some more please!
Well, my camera if full of great pictures to share but I've got to get a new battery charger since it was in the car so I'm reviewing some old pics...
Adam and I went to Austin and met some of our best friends from college, Zach and Jen, on Memorial Day and I just realized that I haven't posted it yet...so here it is! We stayed with Zach's parents in their beautiful home, went to Lake Travis, swam, ate, and just enjoyed the great company! We had so much fun! I'm ready to go back right now!
Adam and Zach...you never know what's going to happen when these two get together.
Ahhhh...look at the happy couple! Tire swings..everyone needs one!
